Tresspassers on a railway

Employees of railway companies who witness death or injury of trespassers on a railway line may be entitled to compensation for the mental injury of witnessing such an incident.
For example, the driver of a train may witness a suicide by someone sepping out in front of a train.

Also, compensation may be payable to those who are involved in the immediate aftermath of such an incident, or those who discover a body on the line or nearby.

This type of compensation is based on mental injury and will have to be serious enough to qualify for a Level 1 award.
